Return & Refund Policy

Home Indoor sells on Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You pay the courier only when the parcel reaches you, and you may open and check the item before paying. This policy explains what happens if something is still wrong after that.

Check before you pay

When the rider arrives, you are welcome to open the parcel and inspect the product before handing over any money. If the item is broken, incomplete or not what you ordered, you may refuse the parcel at the door and pay nothing.

14-day returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

To start a return, contact us first — by phone or WhatsApp on +92 319 4536923, or by email at homeindoorpk@gmail.com — and tell us your order number and what the problem is. Parcels sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted, because we will not be able to match them to your order.

This applies to discounted items as well. A product being on sale does not affect your right to return it.

Who pays for return shipping

We do. Once your return is approved, send the parcel back through any courier you like and keep the receipt. We will reimburse the courier charges along with your refund. We do not issue prepaid return labels — Pakistani couriers do not support them — so please book it yourself and send us the receipt.

How refunds are paid

Because all orders are placed as Cash on Delivery, there is no card or online payment to reverse. Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we refund you by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash — whichever you prefer. We will ask you for those details at the time.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of the returned parcel reaching us. If you have not received it after 7 working days, please call us and we will trace it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If a product is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the product and the packaging. We will send you a free replacement at our own cost, or refund you in full if you prefer. You will not be charged for return shipping in these cases.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item instead of a refund, tell us when you request the return. Once we receive and check the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement. Replacements normally reach you within 3 to 7 working days of us receiving the return.

Items we cannot accept back

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Personal care and grooming items that touch the skin, mouth or hair — for example toothbrush heads, shavers, tweezers, ear and nose trimmers, and facial devices
• Cosmetics, creams, lotions and other beauty products once the seal is broken
• Undergarments and other intimate apparel
• Perishable goods

This exclusion applies only to items that have been opened or used. If one of these products arrives sealed but damaged, faulty or incorrect, you are still fully covered under the section above.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order free of charge before it has been handed to the courier. Call or WhatsApp us on +92 319 4536923 as soon as possible. Once a parcel is already with the courier, you may still simply refuse it at the door at no cost to you.
