About Home Indoor

Home Indoor is an online retail store based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, delivering household goods to customers across Pakistan. We are a small, independently owned business trading online since November 2023.

We deliberately keep a short, focused range rather than a large catalogue. Everything we list is a general household or consumer product — kitchen tools, bathroom fittings, cleaning items, small electronics and home organisation. We are not a marketplace and not a drop-shipper for third parties: we hold our own stock, pack our own parcels, and handle our own customer support from our office in Peshawar.

How we sell

Every order on Home Indoor is Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives — nothing up front, no card details, no online payment. You are also welcome to open the parcel and check the product before you pay. If it is not right, refuse it at the door and you pay nothing.

We do this because we would rather you saw the product in your hands before any money changes hands. It is also why we have never asked a customer for card, bank or account details, and never will.

Delivery

We dispatch within 1–2 working days and our courier partners deliver nationwide, normally in 2–4 working days. Delivery is Rs 200 per parcel, and free on orders of Rs 2,999 and above.

If something goes wrong

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item — including items bought on sale. If a product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, send us photos within 48 hours and we will replace it free of charge or refund you in full, and we cover the return courier charges. Independent retailer — no brand affiliation

Home Indoor is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorised dealer or agent of any third-party brand, manufacturer or organisation, and we do not represent ourselves as one. Any product name or trademark that may appear on this site remains the property of its respective owner and is used only to describe the item. We do not sell counterfeit or replica branded goods.

About our product images and descriptions

Some product photographs on this site are supplied by our manufacturers and suppliers and are shown for illustration purposes only. Colours, packaging and minor design details may vary from the item delivered, and items described as "random colour" are dispatched in whichever colour is in stock. Sizes and specifications are given as supplied to us. Where an image shows an item in use, it is for illustration and is not a guarantee of any particular result.

If anything you receive does not match its description, this is covered by our returns policy and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Product information and claims

Everything we sell is a general household or consumer product. Our products are not medical devices, and we do not claim that any of them diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or medical condition. We do not sell prescription items, supplements, or regulated medical equipment.
