Returns & Refunds

14-day returns, including on sale items. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Check before you pay. All orders are Cash on Delivery. You may open the parcel and inspect the product before paying the rider. If it is wrong or damaged, refuse it at the door and pay nothing.

Damaged or wrong item? Send us photos within 48 hours and we will replace it free of charge or refund you in full. We cover the return courier charges.

Return shipping is on us. Send the parcel back by any courier and keep the receipt — we reimburse the charges.

Refunds are paid by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash within 5–7 working days of your return reaching us, because orders are placed as Cash on Delivery.
